In Loving Memory of our loved one, Michael P. Chapman (Lance) who came into this world on April 5, 1978, and entered into eternal rest on January 1, 2015. Michael was quite the comedian who loved to make people laugh, he loved Disneyland, acting, and his cats. He will be missed and will forever be in the hearts of many.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Chapman and step-mother, Della Chapman.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Charlotta Smith (Tim); step-mother, Karen Chapman; brother, John Chapman; sister, Jennifer Holland (Brent); step-sister, Angela Wohner (Mike); step-brother, Chris Phillips; nephews, Thomas Holland, Nicholas Holland and Brent Skaggs II; nieces, Annabella Chapman, Dakota Skaggs Kayla Wohner; and his cats, Figaro and Maleficent.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday at Evergreen Funeral Home from 2pm-8pm.
Memorial contributions in Michael’s name can be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
