

Michael Ringo, 80 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026. He was born March 6, 1945, to the late Joseph and Edna Ringo. He was an avid golfer and an Army veteran. Michael designed monuments with Calvary Cemetery prior to retiring. His wife and his monument is a work of art that they designed together. His favorite pastimes were watching any type of sporting event and spending time with his devoted wife Martha. Michael was the type who had never met a stranger and never forgot anyone he met. Michael and Martha loved their home in Ocala, Florida; living on the golf course was his dream.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister: Jean Tillett; three brothers: Jim Ringo, Archie Ringo, and Lloyd Ringo.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife: Martha Brosky Ringo; his brother: Richard Ringo and his wife Martha Ringo; a sister: Joan Cox; his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Home of the Innocents or KY Humane Society.
A service in Michael’s honor will take place at 3 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Arch L Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1-3 PM at the funeral home.
