Mike was a beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew and friend to many. He loved working at Liquor Palace, and considered Sonny, and the employee’s family. Mike was an avid hunter, fisherman, turkey caller, boater, marksman and truly enjoyed being in the great outdoors.
Left to cherish his memory is his father, Michael Stephen Schalk Sr., mother, Carol Schalk, sister, Michelle Long, his beloved beagle, Hunter, and a host of many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, June 10, 2022 and Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 12pm-8pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home in Okolona.
