Millie was a homemaker and enjoyed crafts. She was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene C. Haag and daughter Pamela.
Millie is survived by her daughter, Carol Chappell (Barlow), son, Moe Haag (Maury); grandchildren Brynce Chappell (Amber), Jennifer Chappell, Bryan Chappell and Zoe Haag; great-grandchildren, Brayden, Caroline and Aubree Chappell.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 14 from 4-8pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, November 15 at 12pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven with a burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
