Mildred Anne Wilson, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky left this earth on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. As the foundation of her large family, Mildred’s quick wit and emotional strength will be greatly missed. Mildred was born on April 2, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky to Clarence and Halena (Taylor) Carter. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis (Sonny) Wilson, son, Louis Wilson, daughter, Mary Frances Wilson, sisters, Sarah Hall, and Helen Stewart, and brother, Clarence Carter, Jr.

Mildred is survived by her sons, Rick (Vanessa) Wilson, Mike Wilson, Ronnie Wilson, and Raymond Wilson. Daughters, Terri Wilson, Anita Wilson, Tina Wilson, and Deborah Wilson. Mildred is also survived by sisters, Anita Brooks, and Costella Dunn, and a brother, Ronnie Carter. Mildred leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family.

Due to COVID restrictions, a private memorial service was held.
