Millard owned Norris & Son Floor Service. He was a member of Harvest Baptist Church.
Millard is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond B. & Aline M. Norris.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Martha Froman Norris; children, Michael (Tammy), Marian(Jim), Melynda (Dan), Jane (Daniel), Monica (Pat); 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.
A funeral service to honor the life of Millard will be held at 12pm on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Monday at the funeral home.
