Myra Ruth Woods, age 85, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018. Myra was born on February 18, 1933.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Dr. James "Jim" Woods; nieces Natalie Sharp, Lynn Davenport, Nancy Putt, David Pitt, Susan Chapman; great-niece, Samantha Seay; and a host of many other extended family members.

A visitation for Myra will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 1:00 PM, Louisville, Kentucky. An entombment will occur at Evergreen Cemetery, Louisville, Kentucky.
