

Nancy was born on August 2, 1951 in Evansville, Indiana to the late Andrew McIntosh and Irene Duer McIntosh. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Danny McIntosh; sister, Janice Urner; and her sister-in-law, Nancy McIntosh.
Nancy was a proud member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church. She loved quilting, bowling, camping and swimming. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Above all, Nancy loved her family. Her greatest joy was brought by the love of her grandchildren as she always looked forward to attending their sporting events and cheering them on from the crowd.
Left to cherish the memory of Nancy, is her loving husband of 53 years, Lanny Howard, Sr.; children, Michelle Howard, Laura Renee Mullaney, Lanny Howard, Jr., Luther Daniel Howard (Brittany); brother, David McIntosh (Barbara); grandchildren, Chasity Brown (Steven), Mary Ann Franklin, Zachary Howard, Katie Howard, Brooke and Bryleigh; great-grandchildren, Rylee, Vanessa, Kaiden, Steven and Isabelle; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 7, 2023 from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213. A service to honor the life of Nancy will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at the funeral home. Nancy will be laid to rest at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff, Kentucky.
A visitation for Nancy will be held Monday, August 7, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40213. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 8, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home.
