She was a native of Covington, KY.
Mrs. O'Neil was preceded in rest by a daughter, Daisy Jeffery; her brother, Christopher O'Neil; and a niece, Chrischelle Morgan.
She is survived by two daughters, Daisi Jeffery and Julia Amber; and a son, Joshua Jeffery (Amanda); six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nieces, Alex Watson and Mary Watson.
Her funeral will be on Tuesday at 10am at Mary Queen of Peace, 4005 Dixie Highway, with interment following at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 10am until 8pm.
