She is preceded in death by her parents; Mary and Robert "Bud" Tapp, husband; Paul Lively, and brother; Robert "Bobby" Tapp.
She is survived by her 3 daughters; Angela Mattern (Chuck), Deborah Crady, and Karen Rodgers (Rodney). Her sisters; Joyce Franklin (Eddie) and Theresa Goins (Mike). Her 13 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass to celebrate Norma's life will be held at Noon on Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1406 E. Washington St. with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation 4-8 pm Wednesday, and after 9 am Thursday, at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave.
