She was preceded in death by her parents, Loran and Rosemary Drake; husband, Stephen Shaw; ex-husband, Dale Butler; brother, Gene Drake; and her beloved cousin, Shirley Turner. Survivors include her children, Krista McIver(Chris) and Drew Butler; her former husband and beloved friend, Mike Smith; grandchildren, Lauren Mohr and Jonathan Mohr; brother, Larry Drake; step-children, Holly Perrone and Chris Butler(Joanie); and a host of special friends, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2pm Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 12pm-2pm Tuesday at the funeral home. The family requests that all attendees of the visitation and funeral service wear a mask.
