Pamela Carter Harvey

Pam was a mom to many, and "Mammy" to everyone who knew her. Her entire life revolved around her children, grandchildren, and her only great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bernard W. Carter, Sr and her mother, Mary E. Carter of Clarksville, IN.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tami Skaggs (Deana) and Kelly Neal (Eric); grandchildren, Hayden Neal, Shelby Neal, Dylan Skaggs, Jagger Skaggs and Brandon Skaggs (Dana); great grandaughter, Harlem Haines. She is also survived by her sisters, Alicia Daniel (Pat) and Elizabeth Carter Heavrin (Tony) and brother Bernard Carter Jr (Janet). Her beloved dog, Leo and honorary daughter and caregiver, Kerri "Boo Boo" Bline, along with many other loving family members and friends.

Due to the current Covid restrictions, services will be private. Cremation was chosen and interment of ashes will be at a later date and time at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, IN.

Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
