Patricia was born in Louisville Kentucky and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her Son, Greg Polley (Cindy); grandchildren, Kyle Polley (Erica) & Kasey Figg (Aaron); great grandchild, Finley Figg; brothers, William Jochim Jr. and Jeff Ewald; sisters, Nancy Wheat and April Grabhorn; and many beloved family members and friends. Her funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Friday. Memorial gifts may be made to WHAS Crusade for Children.
