Patsy Ruth Black, 75, passed away Monday, January 20, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Black was born May 6, 1938 to the late John and Anerbelle Berryhill and was a member of Epiphany United Methodist Church of Louisville.
Patsy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Doug Black, 3 children, D.K. Black (Judy), Mark Black (Joyce) and Debbie Jeffries, 6 grandchildren: Brittany, Brad, Emily, Andrew, Abbey and Eric, 3 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, Marie Townsend and Louise Ross, and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Mrs. Black’s life will be conducted Thursday, January 23rh, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with a private interment. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 22nd, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
