Patti Downs Michaelson, 62, formerly of Louisville, passed away in Hollywood, Florida on September 28, 2013. A loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother, she was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Cloutier Downs, and her husband, Stuart Michaelson; she is survived by her father, Louis Downs, her sister, Nicki Downs Smith and husband Tom, her niece, Blair Smith Parr and husband Joe, her son, Shawn Louis Michaelson, and her two grandsons, Brett and Reid Michaelson. Visitation will be October 4th from 4pm to 7pm and a memorial service will be held at 10:00am on October 5th, visitation and the memorial service will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Highway.
