He was born June 23, 1966 in Bowie, Maryland, the son of Bernard Richard Shuler and Joan Andrea Stuckey Shuler.
He had worked as an Implementation Specialist at Ceridian Corporation.
Paul leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Janice Marie Shuler; a daughter, Kelly Lynn Newton (Rosella Pearl); his parents; a brother, Mark Bernard Shuler (Dawn); three sisters, Jacqueline Shuler Wesley, Jessica Mary Shuler and Cynthia Shuler Gilchrest (Chuck).
A service to celebrate Paul’s life will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Monday, August 26, 2013 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady and Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Visitation will be from 3 – 7 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be given to The American Red Cross.
