I can't begin the grasp this from my end and I am not a family member. I have seen this man at ever event for Spencer since my Tori and Spencer begin their travels through football and basketball and Tori was there to cheer it all. It became a staple at every game to have Mr and Mrs Sumpter there. So sorry to hear of this lost for your family, but for our community too. .....
