We always think we have more time, don't we? I wish that we ALL had more time with my aunt Ann. She was a gentle soul with a 1000 kilowatt smile, who could make you forget being sad or mad just by being with her and talking to her. Ann was a peacemaker - she never wanted to see anyone she loved fighting or angry with one another. She was a lot like Gran in many ways, gentle but with an inner strength you wouldn't believe.

Ann always had good advice and told me several times over the years to "use your head, but follow your heart." I can count on one hand the number of times I ever saw her angry, and remember her as a mostly happy, laughing woman who brought sunshine and joy to everyone who knew her. She was a second mom to all of us kids and always made sure we weren't hungry if we ended up at her house after school or playing all day. I will miss her so much! I know she's still looking out for all of us and in times of sorrow or indecision, she'll whisper to us that it will be use our heads but follow our hearts.

Mimi was an amazing mother, grandma, friend and so much more. Everyone that knew her loved her. I will forever cherish the many moments we spend talking for hours about anything and everything, also the many times she would babysit me when I was younger I just knew it was gonna be a great day because I was gonna be spending it with my Mimi followed by many many more memories to tell. No matter what she was always there for each and everyone whether it was a shoulder to cry on or to have a helping hand. She will be missed dearly and will always be in our hearts and most importantly she’s my guardian angel and my savin grace. I love and miss you Mimi!
