Dear Frankie, This is Pamela Hall(Alvey), I lived 2 doors up from you as a kid. My sister Sherry told me the news about Penny and it deeply saddend me. You both were great neighbors to have. Penny was the prettiest and sweetest person. I remember her always working in her  yard. She always pulled those weeds before anyone could ever see one.I will miss her.
