He was a Baptist man of God and a Kentucky Colonel.
Perry was preceded in death by his parents Chester Leon and Rebecca Faith Sr. and siblings Yolanda Schroer and Leon Faith Jr.
Left to cherish his memory are his children; Shawn Faith and Alicia Leslie, grandchildren; Talon and Tatum, and siblings; Sallie Sloane, Katie Faith, and Debby Machan.
A service to honor Perry’s life will be held on Sunday at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with visitation Saturday from 1-7pm at the funeral home.
