CRENSHAW, PHILIP L., 42, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012 at his home.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Toni Age Crenshaw; son, Nathaniel J. Crenshaw; and stepson, Branden Collard.
Mr. Crenshaw's memorial service will be 6 p.m. Wednesday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Visitation: 5 p.m. until service time Wednesday.
