Left behind to cherish Phuoc's memory is his beloved wife of 50 years, Trang Thi Kien; children, Xuat Thach, Sam Thach (Thanh Le), Bat Thach and Sophia Thach (Hoang Le); grandchildren, Lam Thach, Thalia Thach, Samuel Thach, Thia Thach and Devin Le.
A visitation for Phuoc will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40213. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 12 noon until 2:15 p.m.
A private cremation ceremony will be held for the family.
