Brown, Phyllis Lois, 63, went to be with her Heavenly Father on November 18, 2016. She was a loving and caring mother, sister, and grandmother. Phyllis loved bowling and was a member of several bowling leagues.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Hurd; her father, Robert Barker Brown; and her brother, L.T. Turner.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Kunta Brown (Toya); grandchildren, Lakaden Brown, Lissiah Shepherd, Johnny Gibson, Jewell Mitchell, Avion Bowen, and Kejohn Jennings; siblings, Phillip Bizor (Phyllis), Takakwatha Tucker, and Forest Howard; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, November 26, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
