She is survived by her husband, Kenneth J. Flaherty, Sr.; Kenneth J. Flaherty, Jr. (Beverly), Richard H. Coleman (Vicki); two grandsons, Joseph Ryan Flaherty, Steven Marshall Flaherty.
Phyllis worked for Peterson Truck Center for 40 plus years in Louisville. She spent her retirement in Louisville, KY playing golf, tennis, and spending time with family. She never forgot a birthday or anniversary.
Funeral service will be 12pm Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40218.
Visitation will be 10-12pm prior to service.
