Rachel Pace Schweickart

Mrs. Schweickart was a former employee of the Harris Insurance Agency for several years before moving to Louisville. Rachel was a long time member of the New Covenant Church of God and

was a Kentucky Colonel. Rachel was a wonderful homemaker for many years who enjoyed crocheting, knitting and traveling.

She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, James Schweickart, parents, Gilbert and Judy Pace and her brothers, Jasper, Byrd, Calvin, Paul and Woodrow Pace and

sisters, Delia Irvin and Emma Hensley all of Gulston, KY.

Left to cherish her memory is her son William Harold Mitchell and precious daughter in law Vickie, two grandsons, two granddaughters, very special friend Della Ellis Walker, nephew and niece Howard and

Nancy Hensley and a host of other nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Friday 11 am at New Covenant Church of God, 1272 Gilmore Lane, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 4-8pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
