He was a United States Army Veteran, retired from General Electric where he worked for 35 years and a member of Manslick Road Church of Christ.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Ada Jeffries, his first wife; Clara Lee England, and seven brothers and sisters.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife of 56 years; Betty Noe Jeffries, Daughters; Monica Jeffries, Rhonda Adams (Danny), Carla Jeffries, Grandchildren; Aaron, Chaney and Mackenzie Adams, and a host of other family members and friends.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Ralph will be held Thursday August 13, 2015 at 7pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son-Okolona, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, KY 40219. Visitation will be the same day from 2-7pm at the funeral home. There will be a second visitation at Butler’s Funeral Home in Edmonton KY, on Friday August 14, 2015 from 10am until 12 pm with burial to follow at Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.
