Mr. Johnston retired from State Highway Dept. He is preceded in death by his wife, Irene Johnston; brothers, Hebert Johnston,
Houston Johnston, and brother-in-law, Kenneth Reed. Ralph is survived by his sisters, Wilma Thompson (Harvey), Freda Reed, and several nieces and nephews. A service honoring the life of Mr. Johnston will be held on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 4pm in Evergreen Funeral Home, Visitation will be Friday from 2-4pm at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made out to Hosparus of Louisville.
