Ralph Frank Pero, Jr., 75, was born on September 12, 1948 in Louisville to the late Ralph Frank Pero, Sr. and Cova (Yonts) Pero, and passed from this life on October 16, 2023. Mr. Pero was a retired district manager for the New York Times delivery department, and a Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Pero. Left to cherish his memory are his wife the former Sherian Kron Pero; a daughter, Kimberly Pero; a son, Anthony Kron; sisters, Kathy Montgomery, Patricia Grieser, Sharon Rivas, and Michelle Thomas; brothers, Ronnie, Randy, and Rodger Pero; grandchildren, Megan Smith, Steven Bales III, Emma Bridgers, and Samuel Pero. Cremation of the remains was chosen. A memorial service to celebrate Ralph’s life will be held at noon on Friday October 27, 2023 at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. The family will receive friend after 10 am Friday. Entombment of the ashes will be on Friday November 3, 2023 at 11 am at the KY Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY.
