He was an avid golfer and was a manufacturing engineer for GE and retired after forty-one years of service.
Ralph is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Sroufe, and their son, Ronald Sroufe.
He is survived by his sons, Ralph “Buddy” Sroufe and Richie Sroufe (Trina), grandchildren, Jenny, Jan, Dawn, Dusty, Tonya, Jeremy and Amy. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
A celebration of Ralph’s life will be conducted on Friday, June 3, 2014 at 12 noon in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd, with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Friends are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8pm on Thursday June 2, 2015 and after 9am on the day of the funeral.
