He was the founder and owner of Frisco Food Service and member of South Park Country Club, Kentuckiana Restaurant Association, Southminster Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Mr. Francisco is survived by his wife, the former, Verna Kendall; two sons, Jeff (Dana) and Greg (Donna) Francisco; three brothers, Terry, Donnie and Richard Francisco; a sister, Mary Lou Blankenship; and three grandchildren, Katie, Gregory and Sarah Francisco.
His funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home with interment following in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to his church.
