She was born February 19, 1924 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Jean and Etta Cook. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Oscar W. Drake.
She leaves to cherish her memory three children, Rebecca Jane Weaver (Frank M.), Jerry Drake, and Todd Drake; two grandchildren, Holly Hines (David) and Kyle Drake; two great-grandchildren, Courtney Dunn and K.J. Drake.
A service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Monday, January 6, 2014 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady and Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
