She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Nannie; her sons, Adam and Patrick; a sister, Sheila Webb; and a brother, Mike Adams.
Rhonda is survived by her husband, Tom Railey; daughter, Ashley Railey; grandchildren, Farrah and Annabell Railey; sister, Donna Pryor (Roger); and brothers, Stephen Adams and Jim Adams (Karen).
Cremation was chosen.
