Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 64 years, Mary Jane Clark Bolton, children; Richard Dale, Dennis (Angie), Anna Mangold (John), Christin, ten grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren and sister, Donna Milby.
Donations can be made in honor to Dick to St. Martha Catholic Church or Hosparus of Louisville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 12 from 4-7pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home.
Mass will take place at St. Martha Catholic Church Tuesday, April 13 at 10am.
Dick will be laid to rest following the service in Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218.
