EVANS, RITA ANN (HAMILTON), 70, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2008 at her residence. She was formally employed for the old Ben Snyder's and then Hess's Department Store as a buyer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Joseph Evans Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Bowling (Paul); her son, Mike Evans; sister, Dolores Hamilton; grandchildren, Chad, Trevor and Tara Bowling, Joe and Cody Homeister; and great-grandson, Tanner Homeister. A celebration of her life will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation is 1-8 p.m. on Tuesday.
