Robert A. "Duck" Hauck

Robert A. "Duck" Hauck, 91, of Louisville passed peacefully on Sunday in his sleep. He was a retired Machinist with the old Anaconda Aluminum Company. Duck was an Army Veteran of WWII, a member of Masonic Lodge #940 and the Scottish Rite.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris L. Hauck and a daughter, Linda D. Nordhoff.

The family would like to thank Barbara Page for the loving care she has shown to Mr. Hauck and family.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jerry Hauck and Robin Barnett; son-in-laws, Daniel Barnett, William Nordhoff and Richard Kelty; four granddaughters, Cindy and Leslie Nordhoff, Lauren Kelty and Emily Barnett.

A service to honor the life Mr. Hauck will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Arch L. Heady Russman and Sons Funeral Home, 1201 E. Oak Street. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. Wedenesday until service time.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for contributions to WHAS Crusade for Children or Hopeful Hearts Foundation.
