Robert Joseph Mester

Robert Mester, 95, entered into rest on April 2nd, 2018. Mr. Mester was a retired Sales Engineer for Ford Motor Company after 25yrs. He had been a member of the old St. Clements Catholic Church and old Pleasure Manor Country Club. Mr. Mester was a Marine veteran of WWII and had been an avid golfer and known as a great neighbor. He was preceded in rest by his wife, Dorothy, and a special friend, Colleen Graas. Mr. Mester is survived by two sons, Tom Mester (Janna) and Mike Mester (Debbie); a daughter, Karen Burns (Bill); four grandchildren, Chris Mester (Anna), Shawna Faust (Keith), Kacie Pierson (J.R.) and Aaron Mester; and four great-grandchildren. His graveside service will be on Friday at 12 noon at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3pm until 8pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway.

Robert Mester, 95, entered into rest on April 2nd, 2018.
