Shane joins his daughter in heaven, Nicole Lyn Paris.
Here to carry on his memory are his parents, Doris and Robert William Vissing, children, Alexandra Tipper Vissing, Robert Carter Vissing, and Elizabeth Erin Satterly, mother of his children, Holly Tipper Cahall, grandchildren, Sterling Elizabeth Manship and Vera Jean Vissing, siblings; Renea Sheavonne Vissing Thacker and Eric Christopher Vissing.
Shane was an Army Veteran who proudly served his country.
Visitation will take place at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY from 11-2PM on Thursday, December 21, 2023. A celebration of Shane’s life will following visitation, beginning at 2PM in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven.
Shane will be laid to rest privately in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery Central.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kentucky Humane Society in Shane’s memory.
