Rock E. Cassidy

Rock E. Cassidy, 63, of Louisville, passed away May 21, 2024. He was a Navy veteran and was retired from Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 502, previously known as Local 522. He was also a member of the American Legion.

Rock was preceded in death by his father, Micheal Cassidy; son, Dallas Cassidy; and his sister, Trina Cassidy. He is survived by his mother, Paula Bevill Cassidy; daughters, Brittany Cassidy(Joe) and Kendall Lathery(Chris); grandchildren, Kayden Cassidy, Lyric Broaddus, Symphony Broaddus, Kambree Lathery, Christopher Lathery, and Kane Lathery; one great-grandchild on the way; sisters, Cheryl Kilkelly(Michael) and Ann-Micheal Dierson(Jeremy); nephew, Jason Lesshafft; niece, Peyton Goodlett(Corey); his great-niece and great-nephews, Grey, Austin, Jacob, Trenton, Mason, and Dalen; and a great-grandniece, Hunter.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at B.A. Colonial Sennings Room, 818 W. Kenwood Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40214, with visitation beginning at 5pm and concluding at 9pm.

You may enter the Sennings Room located on the top floor of BA Colonial from the outdoor staircase in the courtyard, or from within the restaurant. There is a staircase inside the front entrance or there is an elevator for those that may need it.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rock's memory can be made to Shirley's Way.
