She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Dowdell (James) and Molly Hunter (James B.), two step-grandchildren, James B. Hunter Jr., and Allison H. Brooks.

A celebration of Rose’s life will be conducted at 2 pm Monday, November 4, 2013 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 12 until service time Monday.
