Sissy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 71 years, Ernest Bauer. Her sisters; Carolyn Dusch and Mary Ann Donovan and brother; Charles Gisler.
Left to cherish Sissy’s memory is her daughter; Diane Neff Thomas (Bruce), Grandson; Brian Neff (Sarah), Great-Grandchildren; Camp and Kennedy Neff, Brother-in-law; Bruce Bauer (Susan) and many nieces and nephews.
A service to honor the life of Sissy will be held Monday, November 13, 2017 at 2pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Rd. Visitation will begin Monday at 12:00pm until the start of the funeral.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can be made to Hosparus of Louisville or Norton Children's Hospital.
