Rose Marcella Lauyans Miller

She had been a Line Inspector for American Standard, Food Distributor for Audubon Hospital and was involved in making parts during WWII. Rose was a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church where she was a avid Bingo Player.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Roosevelt Miller and a sister, Theresa Wentzell and a brother in law, Louis Wentzell.

Survivors include her two sons, Austin F. Miller (Jean) and Raymond L. Miller; two grandchildren, Tanya Wheeler (Norman) and Austin R. Miller along with her loving parish family.

Her Funeral Mass will be conducted at 10:00am on Wednesday at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 760 Eastern Pkwy. Burial will be in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Visitation will be held from 7:00pm - 8:00pm on Tuesday at Arch L. Heady Russman and Sons, 1201 E. Oak Street.
