He was born October 8, 1942 in Louisville. He was a member of Teamsters Local 89 and a proud veteran who appreciated the simple pleasures of life.
Ronnie is survived by his dear friend and loving wife, Sara Hobson Rogers; daughter, Julie George; grandsons, Mickey and Max George; mother, Mary Ruth Adams Rogers; mother-in-law, Rose Borders; brothers, John (Beverly), Charlie and Bill (Judy); sisters, Carole McHuge (Peter) and Sonya Gugliotta (Frank); brother-in-law, Paul Hobson (Sheila); and many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
A service honoring the life of Ronnie will be held Saturday 10 a.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 1-8 p.m.
