Wilbert, Ruby Dee, 97, entered into eternal rest on December 24, 2017. Ruby was a resident at Brooksdale when she passed. She was a world class mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Ruby worked for 28 years at Brown & Williamson in quality control.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Florence Preston; husband, Robert J. Wilbert Sr.; 1 child; two grandchildren; and 4 siblings.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Bob Wilbert (Jonell), Burnham Earle "Mack" Wilbert (Agnes), George A. Wilbert (Donna), Ruby Swenson, and Ann Wright (Jim); 16 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 7 great, great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be Friday, December 29th at 10:00am at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private at Evergreen Cemetery.
