She was a native of Catlettsburg, KY and the former Ruth Douglas Ward.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bradford Pack.
Cherishing her memory is her daughter, Becky (Steve) Dineen; grandsons, Stephen Deweese, Patrick and Christopher Dineen; and a sister, Virginia Allen; along with four nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on May 12, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Masonic Homes of Kentucky, Pillars Chapel, 3503 Moyers Circle, Masonic Home, KY 40041; with interment to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery.
