She was a member of the Covenant United Methodist Church in LaGrange, KY.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Charles K. Johnstone and Ann G. Johnstone.
Those left to cherish her memory are her brothers, C. David Johnstone and her twin George K. Johnstone.
A funeral to celebrate Sally’s life will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the Cedar Lake Lodge Chapel, 3301 Jericho Road, LaGrange, KY 40031. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday preceding the funeral. Cremation was chosen, with inurnment at Resthaven Memorial Park at a later date. Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road is in charge of the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cedar Lake Lodge.
