Samantha Cantrell Cox, 39, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025. She was born to the lates' Jay Cantrell and Monica Hewlett Worthey in Prestonsburg, Kentucky on March 4, 1985. Samantha loved being a mom, aunt Sami, and a sister. She was very real and loved hard.Samantha had a heart of gold and loved and is loved so many people!
Samantha was preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Andrew Cox; children, Madison Cloah Evelynann Hewlett Cox, Drew Ricky Cox; siblings, Jenna Hancock (Bryon), Teresa Hansen (Ed); many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; several extended family members and dear friends.
A Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with an hour of sharing starting at 4:00 pm, at Arch L Heady Funeral Home - Okolona Chapel, 8519 Preston Hwy, 40219.
Per Samantha's wishes she has been cremated.
Arrangements are under the direction of Arch L. Heady & Son - Okolona Home, "Where Personal And Sincere Service Is Tradition."
