Samuel E. McGuffin

Samuel E. McGuffin, 84, of Louisville Kentucky passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016, with his family by his side. He was born in Arch Hill Kentucky to the late Christopher and Roberta McGuffin. Sam was a member of the Grand Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Temple, a proud veteran of the United States Army in which he served for 27 yrs. and retired from The Armored Car Company where he worked for 18 yrs. He was preceded by many siblings. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 56 yrs. Karin, sister; Bette Lou, and a host of many other family members and friends. A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Sam will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son FH. 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, KY 40219 with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 3-8pm at the funeral Home.
