He is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita.
Survivors include his children, Samuel S. Skipper(Debra) and Bonnie Lacy(Fred); 4 grandchildren; and a brother, Prentice Leon Skipper.
Funeral service will be 7pm Thursday, December 18, 2014 at O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2-7pm.
