Sandra was a great wife, mother and grandma. She lived her life to the fullest, enjoying her family. She will forever be in our hearts and memories and be sadly missed! She loved bingo and had many wonderful friends. She was employed with Busy Broom for 17 years and recently retired.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents; Clarence and Esta Pennington, brother; Dale Pennington and her loving husband of 50 years; Otis Boulware.
She is survived by her four children: Shelia Chapman, Brenda Grigsby, Mike Boulware and Melissa Logan, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A celebration of Life Service will be conducted 12 noon Saturday January 7, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be conducted 3-8 p.m. Friday January 6, 2012.
