She was a member of Summitt Hills Baptist Church.
Mrs. Blackburn is preceded in death by her son Jerry Blackburn.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 49 years, Terry Blackburn, son Troy Blackburn (Sheila), grandchildren, Tiffany, Krystal, Meghan, Madison, Ethan and her siblings, Judy, Norman, Linda and Dinah.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 4, 2pm to 8pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, May 5, 12 noon at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Visitation was held at Evergreen Funeral Home.
